Our  simple pricing plan is easy to understand; easy to apply; and is royalty free!

 

Our standard services supply digital images without prints and are are supplied with basic retouching. The digital images come on a CD with both hi-res .tiff and medium-res .jpeg file formats. They are royalty free.  No extra fees.  HIgh-resolution digital .tiff files are suitable for use in real estate magazines (up to and including the front cover), brochures, or large format prints.  High resolution .jpeg files can also be used for print publications, but because of their smaller size can be effectively used for e-mail correspondence with clients and colleagues.

Our aerial photographs are taken from an aircraft, not a balloon.  Nobody can surpass our quality.

How It Works

Call us with an address, description, and goal for the property.  E-mail us a street level picture from your point and shoot camera.  That’s it!. In about a week (weather permitting) your CD will arrive in the mail.  If you need it super fast, we’ll drive it to you for a small charge.
